Uhaul Representative/Parts Help
Purpose: Helps customers with their Uhaul Reservation from booking to hooking up the
truck/trailer. Help the Parts Department with items when they get overloaded.
Responsibilities:
- Answers Phones and helps customers with Uhaul Reservations
- Helps customers get Uhaul supplies/Customer Service
- Drive Uhaul Trucks from lot to store front or help customers hook up their trailers for the rental
- Assist parts employees with will call, stocking, phones, pulling parts and customer service
- Stock shelves
Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge
- Hold a valid Drivers License
Parts Runner/Janitor
Purpose:
Operates vehicles to transport parts, small equipment, supplies and paperwork for the
dealership/customers. Helps keep the building clean for day to day business.
Responsibilities:
- Transports parts, small equipment, supplies, and paperwork between dealer facilities; may also deliver to customers
- Maintains records of pickup and deliveries and obtains necessary signatures and receipts
- May need to maintain assigned trucks and related equipment in good condition
- Accounts for all time and for all distance traveled in performing assigned duties
- Maintains janitorial duties in the building
Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge
- Hold a valid Drivers License
