Supervises : None
Purpose :
Provides product expertise and support to customers and dealership personnel in selling Residential and Commercial equipment with a focus on seamless and rewarding customer experience.
Responsibilities :
• Represents the Dealership through inside sales of Ag and Turf equipment
• Creates, develops, and maintains customer relationships
• Maintains dialog with existing customers and aggressively develops new leads
• Knows and follows a defined sales process
• Maintains product knowledge on products carried and reports on competitive marketing and product activities
• Understands various financing options available
• Participates in local trade shows and dealership promotional events
• Maintains dealership vehicle and other equipment as assigned
Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge :
• Knowledge of Construction, Ag, and Turf equipment
• Excellent customer relationship skills
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Ability to speak and write effectively one-on-one and within a group
• Ability to use standard desktop applications such as Microsoft Office and internet functions
• High School Diploma or equivalent work experience
• Valid Drivers License
